The secret to a good cheese steaksandwich is provolone cheese. It must be this cheese, try and you will see why.
Ingredients: (Feeds 2 adults)
- 2 steaks
- 2 onions
- 2 Bell peppers
- Todd's DIRT
- Provolone cheese
- Slice the veggies and the teak thin
- Grill the veggis and the steak
- Place the veggies and the steak on the baquette
- Sprinkle some Todd's DIRT on them (or other steak rub)
- Top off with provolone cheese
- Let the cheese melt and enjoy.
